📏Free of Charge Maintenance Cleanings (≤ 1/8")
PerNFPA 211, a chimney that has1/8" or less of soot or creosote buildupqualifies forroutine maintenance cleaning only. If buildup exceeds this threshold, or ifStage 2/3 creosoteor glaze is present, additional Charges for sweeping will be added orspecialty treatments like PCR (Poultice Creosote Remover)may be required to ensure safe operation, which is additional.
🔍Level 2 Inspections Required for New Clients
For anyfirst-time service, we require aLevel 2 chimney inspection. This comprehensive inspection includes internal scanning and structural checks to identify hazards like cracked flue liners, moisture intrusion, or improper appliance installation—before we perform any cleaning or servicing.
